I finally had the chance to host my first ever yoga retreat! Woohoo!

How do you wake up so early and run? Teach me!! haha :) I am a beginner/intermediate in yoga and I love it. I can do some strength moves like headstand, crow, etc. but I really want to practice more. Any poses or tips?
