I followed the “No contact” rules and after 3 months my ex reach out to me by saying that she misses me, she called me twice I picked it the second time, she told me that her heart hurts and Why didn’t I reached out to her, she wanna me to apologize to her, if I did so she won’t be heart broken and I said okay, then I apologize and we chat for few minutes then suddenly she start bitchy and drop the call, I called her today but she’s was still disrespectful, I said bye. ( actually she has deleted me on social media but added me again from a mutual friend, my mistake was to apologize for not reaching out) I missed it up 🧠

I made a mistake. NC for 2mo., ran into each other & slowly started talking again. Things seemed to be going well & we had discussed the possibility of getting back together at some point. Then I gave in to my desires & we started sleeping together every time we met up. He was being more affectionate & I ate it up. Me and my ex always say "I love you" when we talk. Thats really important to me, because I never want my last conversation with someone I love to not have said I love you. Meaning if someone I love died tomorrow and I didn't tell them that I love them when we last spoke, that would internally kill me. So I say it to my ex because I love her and I want her to know that and I don't want that to be our last conversation and me not have said it. BUT recently she flip flops on whether or not she says it back. Seems like sometimes she says it first, sometimes she seems happy to say it, and then sometimes it feels like I have to force her to say it back. ITs so confusing because I feel in my heart that she loves me, she shows it by calling me just to talk, calling me by our silly nicknames for each other, but then I get confused when she wont say it. And I just don't know how to feel about it. Because I dont want to feel like im forcing her to say it, but at the same time I want to hear her say it. What do I do?
Hummm I totally get that saying I love you is very important to you. It's so important to me too. In my opinion try to focus more on her actions. Does she show you that she loves you? Sometimes actions is better then words in my opinion. I made the mistake by telling my ex bf that I still love him. He didn't say it back because I hurt him. Is ok because I know that I'm being true to my feelings but I've learned that keeping your feelings to yourself is better to prevent heart breaks. My advice to you is look at her actions and see if she truly loves you and it sounds like she does!!!
I’m in the same situation. Honestly I stopped saying it just because it made her uncomfortable. It also makes her think she’s leading you on and hurting you more. She’s conflicted because she loves you but is also confused on other things. I just say keep an open mind because she’s obviously keeping hers open. She probably wants to have fun and meet new people and maybe fall in love with some random person to then realize it isn’t love. Sometimes you have to let those people go man. Trust me I completely understand I’m in the same situation. It bothers me to death to think about her with another man but you have to be prepared for the worse day in your life when you see her with another man. I still haven’t figured it out.

Coach Alex. I have gone through so many videos on how to be that somebody who can get their ex back... I would give everything and anything just to recover what I lost and what he stomped on... If I can't go along with no contact, your strategy seems more fitting to my needs as well as I'm willing to attempt to follow. He's been mixed-signaling me on and off. Acts like an asshole cuz he feels I deserves it and knows I want him back. I just wonder if I have to pretend to have the "Best friend" role until I actually start to believe and feel good about myself during this attempt. Because even though I wanna be up for attempting this my real feelings are gonna hurt. I am a very impatient person but I'm working on it... Especially through this. I never cheated on him, I fell into depression for two months and he was all I had, no family or friends. And he wasn't there for me and I slit my wrist, he dumped me for it. Sara, I'm no coach. But I'm a man who went thru almost the same issue. She didn't blocked me because I still had stuff of her in my room. She wanted it back and I took the advice to NOT talk to her for anything. She eventually came asking for simple obvius stuff and not wanting anything beside that (her stuff). I did answered back in a COLD simple way, like barely polite to someone you know. No emojis. No faces. No periods. Just direct to the point messages. She had to clarify she didn't want to cuddle if we met. But after the second time we met to give her her stuff back, we started cuddling again. Needless to say, I felt like a winner BUT she ended the night saying: "I want to keep things like we have been doing, NC that is. She eventually (few days) started to talk to me about anything and wanted to know more. I kept talking at most with too many haha's. But no more than that. I even closed the chat before she finished texting. Told her I had to study o work or attend a family member. And~ just a few days ago, I kind of got back with her. I haven't asked yet. But she wants me and asks me to see me. Yet, I have told her I need to do some stuff and she's waiting while also working on her life. I'm kind of doubtful if she wants to just be sexpals or the likes or she actually want to get back; but so far, so good. Hopefully you can get some light thru my advice :'P

Hello guys, so it's been 6 NC, havent seen him for 3 weeks (we work together) and I decided it's time to do a little step and was looking frwrd to test the waters. I caught him looking at me and when he apporached me was looking and when I raised a hand to do a handshake, smiled warmly he looked away almost immediately. During the meeting I caught him looking at me again and after the meeting he stood next to the door with my coworker who said a couple of compliments about my work (during that he was looking at me) and I slightly touched his arm for a second as well as the other coworker and said bye. He avoided the eye contact. Couple of minutes later I stood at the tram station with my friend who lives next to him (like 3 meters), and saw him. He avoided us, took a wrong tram to get out quickly and in the door he was slightly shaking and turned his back and started to look to his phone. I was shocked. What an idiot. He's also 22. Stubborn. And forgives himself and others hardly. I cried from anger. I believe it's a guilt. He hurt me and now he sees he was wrong ... all of the people (his family included) see my change and say compliments about it to me all the time. But what to do to turn tabels for I know this idiot has a great heart and what great potential he has. We had an amazing relationship... Do you thing it's a guilt? He mentioned this one thing I have been trying to convince him about for the last 2 years we have been together, and said that now he is convincing other women of that thing. Is he trying to hurt me? Hi coach My ex's friend called me two days ago and she asked me to go out with her an my ex I said ok and when i get there my ex was acting so good with me. She slapped my butt(im a dude) she laughed with me. She even puted the ring that i gave her. She was so good. I was just ok and casual with her we even danced together Three days later i called that same friend and told her to lets go out( didnt tell her to bring my ex) but she was going too come with her. She came with one of her friends but not my ex. I asked her she didnt came because of me? She said no but her friend said yes. She didnt came beacause of you. I was like wtf.
