Hot Brown - Brown Hotel 

I was just in Louisville and we weren't leaving until we hit the Brown Hotel. The Hot Brown is one of the most amazing things I ever consumed

Hot Brown = Food Gold.

I live in Kentucky and it's almost impossible to find a properly-made Kentucky Hot Brown unless I can find the time to go all the way to Louisville. That's a shame.
