Quick arvo session north of home first the first time in a long while, which worked out very productive on some favourites of mine. Super fast, hard fighting fish in shallow water on bait-cast tackle gets my blood going big time!
Cheers mate! Yeah tarpon are really good fighters too. Not as fast as giant herring but very cool. Hope to head down the goldy to chase some tarpon soon.
@@Peter_Herbst_Fishing Yes we used to get them in the estuary mouth, Living in NZ now i mainly target Snapper and King fish of the kayak. I just came across your videos, great content tight lines mate
Maybe, depending on where they feeding ect. I like them for fishing the bottom or fast burn. Slow roll probably not the best action compared to a paddle tail. Saying that, they do swim well on a constant retrieve.
