Little addition to the "smelling good" part: I recently found out, that products with perfumes/scents can be very irritating if you are sensitive to that - but there are apps where you can simply scan the product and it will tell you if it contains problematic ingredients and that was a game changer for me personally - I hope this helps someone 💕 And thanks for the video Lena, exactly what I needed in this very moment!!!💘

I’ve been following your account for a few months now and I’ve watched the videos where you talk about your diagnosis and life with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), and I just wanted to say that I’ve been trying to get diagnosed myself for a couple of years and it has been very tough. I’ve gained a lot of weight, I have a lot of body hair, and acne, which I never had before. A week ago, I finally got an appointment with the gynecologist (in Spain, since we have social security, we have to wait for free appointments) and I’m very close to feeling the TikTok trend “war is over.” Throughout this process, your videos have been an oasis where I’ve taken refuge to not feel so alone.
