#HOTMILKCAKEBLENDER INGREDIENTS: EGGS TWO SUGAR 3/4 CUP (150 GRAM) OIL 1/4 CUP FLOUR/MAIDA 1 CUP BAKING POWDER 1 TSP SALT A PINCH MILK 1/2 CUP BUTTER 3TBS VANILLA ESSENCE 1 TSP
I just made a chocolate one that is velvety perfection! Changes? 3/4 cup of flour plus 1/4 of cocoa. Clobbered evaporated milk with about 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinager. After, you've stirred in the hot milk, add 1/4 cup of unsweetened chocolate morsels. They will melt but will surface into a thin chocolate layer during the baking. Let cool. Cut into squares. ENJOY! This is, now, my favorite chocolate cake! YUMMY 😋!!!
@@nahidsharmin Sure! Into a glass measuring cup I poured, about 2 to 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Then, I poured in it evaporated milk and let it "clabber." Then, I poured it into a small pot, added the 3 tablespoons of butter and just set it to the side until I completed all of the other instructions. Once done, I turned on the pot...constantly stirring until the contents boiled. Turned off the pot and poured the hot milk mixture in the batter. Stir slowly.TA-Daaaaah! 'Hope this made sense.☺
Thanks a lot for this. I've always struggled with plain cakes and this is the first time it's come out so soft and spongy. Really tasty and didn't take much time or use up a lot of ingredients. I didn't even have to use a blender
Thanks. Got home and realized the eggs I got from the grocery are broken. Didn't want to throw them away but cake was not an option. Currently do not have a mixer. Then I chanced upon this video. Just finished making the cake and we all love it. Thanks for sharing
Tried this recipie today and it came out perfect . It took a bit longer for the top to turn slightly brown but the cake was very soft and spongy . I used a 250 ml measuring cup as reference so my 1/4 cup oil was 60 ml . One of the best recipies for a soft spongy tea cake
i have tried this recipe several times .The cake was moist, flavorful, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. It was a hit with my family and friends, and I received many compliments thanks to your fantastic recipe.
i have to say its the best recipe i ever tried 👍 i added a spoonful of peanut butter and some chocolate sprinkles on top before baking anddd 😍 it turned out so delicious ❤️ thank you
I made this today and I added one banana into the mix in the blender and I also used Monk fruit sugar which is a non-sugar sweetener but it’s just like sugar. It smelled and looked delicious in the batter and now I’m baking it and it smells wonderful. Thank you so much for this fine recipe.
Thank you for this recipe! This is,now, my favorite "not too sweet" snack cake with my yogurt! The only changes I've made is clabbering evaporated milk with apple cider vinegar and "dusting my batter with ginger and cinnamon. I've made this with lemon zest and ginger- and a separate loaf with bananas and strawberries. I, highly, recommend this to anyone that is looking for something sweet yet light. It never fails to satisfy....😋
My mother used to make this while we were growing saying it was foolproof. So happy to see your post as I had misplaced the recipe. Will be baking soon.
Thank you for the recipe and the process, yesterday I watched it and today I made the cake it turned out exactly as you showed, awesome thank you so much for sharing it with us.
This recipe is great. Those who don't like that typical taste of egg in cake and want a cake without spices this cake is the answer. Thankyou so much for the recipe.
Made this today but I used 120g erythritol since I don't eat sugar. Plus I also added 15g honey because I'm craving for honey castella. I warmed it with milk and butter. Of course it doesn't look like castella but the taste and texture slightly remind me of castella I had in Japan. Love it and will add chocolate or matcha next time I'm making this👍
Last night I had terrible craving for a proper tea cake n this is the best I had till now. I literally started to prep for it at 11:15 at night 😂 It came out of microwave at 00.04 am n it truly satisfied my craving. Thanks a lot for such an easy recipe.
I made 3x the amount and it turned out soooo good. I reduced the sugar to 1cup for the whole, and used margarine instead of butter.. and it's still sweet.
I tried it a couple of days earlier. It turned out quite well. Everybody at home loved it. Making it again today.....with a little bit of twist. That's, I'm adding 2 egg whites to make it a little more tall. 😊😋
@@mapanchal4541 I had a friend over and I told her let’s try it out. Since the ingredients are simple and small amounts we did made two so she could have one to take home. I am proud to say it was perfect 👌👌👌👌👌. Sorry I didn’t double the ingredients.
My grandparents do not like cream cakes... So I tried this plain cake for them... Trust me it turned out amazing😍🤩.. My grandparents couldn't believe that it was made at home... I truly recommend this recipe..
I’ve tried my first butter cake with your recipe and turned out so nice, fluffy and delicious. My mom loves it so much too. And I’m gonna make this again tomorrow and send to my 90 years old grandma . I guess she will be so excited to try my very first cake for her . Thank you so much for your fine recipe.
