Another great demo, Pete. Great playing and production, as always! Your explanation of the pedal's features along with dialing through the settings during playback shows the range and quality of the Panama Overdrive.

Wow! Full, Plexi sweetness! Very amp-like, transparent and with a natural chime, especially in your rhythm playing Pete. And the lead tones are rich and creamy. Once again, a fantastic demo.

Never ceases to amaze me you make everything sound so damn good. Keep up the good work Pete we love all that you do rock on!!!!!

Call me a fanboy but I can’t get enough of that original tune, Pete - you’re on fire! That bouncy feel on the strat lead line where the tempo picks up is intoxicating.

Carl Martin have the knack for great sounding British rock tone pedals (LOVE that sound!) and, OMG Pete, you always do a killer job at showcasing all the functions and features!

The Panama sounds fantastic. Plenty of range in all of the knobs/pots. Carl Martin nothing but bangers!

Very good modded-Marshall tones. Pete has a knack for showcasing pedals down to a molecular level. Love to hear what music he'll create to showcase a given piece of gear. Great job. I have the original PlexiTone which is a great pedal; the Panama sounds a little spongier and brown to my ears. Got to check this one out.

Pete, that OD pedal sounds so organic and clear regardless of over drive and guitar: even single coils sound fatter and heavy! I like how the ES 335 sounds through it specially the VH and Billy Squire parts.

Wow, cool video, as always. Great and thanx for providing us with all that good stuff! I got the old Plexitone for years now and recently bought the Single Channel Pedal. Im relying on Amp-distortion 85% of the time, but sometimes i play gigs where the backline is brought to by other people and then i use my "swiss army knife pedalboard". I am totally happy with the old 2-channel version, but sometimes i get amps that have no FX-loop (i usually plug that thing directly into the poweramp, sounds KILLER!) and a voicing that doesn´t fit the tonal characteristics of the Pedal, for example old HiWatt DR103 and similar ridiculously clean amps :D Works well in Plexi-style amps, though. And thats why i bought the singlechannel, more mids, fits those kind of amps way better. Judging from this video, the PANAMA has a tonal character more similar to the hot-side of the old 2-channel version?

I bought this pedal for use in conbination with my distortion amp, much as a overdrive and the result is awesome!!! My amp is a solid state with a kind of peavey 5150 tone high gain distortion, with compresion and powerfull low end but i wanted a overdrive who allows me to turn down a little that compresion who gives me the gain and gives me a little of open brightnes a punch with that plexi sound who has a tone with a lot of definition and sustaine like the yngwie or eddie early sound....and for that i can say this pedal work wonderfull ❤
