They have faced off before. I think it was a draw. The last one I saw, they both agreed to give up at the same time, even though I'm pretty sure Johnny had a few more in him, he was kind enough to agree to call it a draw. Edit: Just watched one where Johnny gave it up at the last minute and the Chili Queen beat him, but she looked the worse for wear by the end. I have a feeling he saw the pain on her face and gave it to her in the end, but she's really amazing.

GregJ22 I saw a video of this lady who has a rare condition where she doesn’t feel pain. They have her a Carolina Reaper. She ate it and had no response to the capsaicin.
