Nice install, but a big part of the noisiness is that you have it mounted to that sheet-metal under the glovebox & it's drumming. The sheetmetal is literally acting as a drum skin or a guitar string & causing harmonics up the wazoo. If you mount it to something a little less "drummy" - maybe even put rubber anti rattle washers on the mounting brackets, you'll see a marked decrease in noise.
If it's cold in the winter still and your truck isn't getting operating temperature all you have to do is put a piece of cardboard over your radiator and then your chocolate build up he easier it won't overheat with the cold ass weather just keep an eye on it otherwise it's a quick hack
they have a different options where you can plumb it into your factory heater vents. my truck never had vents. this is basically the modern version of what was in my truck originally.
I was going to say what do you do for defroster? Somehow plumb it into the factory defraust ducting? Does the kit provide the ducting or is that something you would have to add yourself? Cool video!!
