I bought a blank Adidas one from NHL Shop, which is rare for me to ever use them. But I got it for at least $30 less than what the Carolina Pro Shop was selling it for. Unfortunately and this is one of the reasons why I try to avoid NHL Shop and Fanatics... it arrived in a bag like yours. The crest logo was creased, but not badly. If it cannot be ironed out, I might return it. I'm a collector and don't want flawed jerseys.

I want to get one and I know it would be a bit of a foul but the jersey is based off the one that Gordie Howe would have worn so I would want GORDIE HOWE number 9 since they put his full name on the back.
That's actually the green jersey hanging behind us, Fanatics' throwback was...it was bad. Wearable. You'd be better off finding one of the CCM throwbacks and getting that made
Huge Hartford Whalers fan and these releases are an abomination. I would go to games at the Civic Center in my CCM Maska jerseys. Shame on the Canes for doing this. Fanatics is pure trash and the Adidas "pro" ones fit terribly. I miss CCM authentic ones. I have some from over 30 years ago that look and feel brand new. Great channel ! Love the content
You can find the blue ones now and then from the CCM era, anything before that gets super rare and once you get into the CCM-Maska era with the durene fabric, sizing gets super wonky. I wish we'd get more proper throwback jerseys, but the Fanatics throwbacks are pure trash and the Adidas throwbacks are paper-thin imitations. Glad to have you along for the ride! Thank you! For as much as I love seeing the Whalers back in the ethos of the hockey world...I'll stick to my vintage authentic 1996/97 CCM Home & Away jerseys & skip ANYTHING that Fanatics is selling. You just can't beat the old school Maska Ultra-FIl jerseys from the early 1990's.
Fully disagree. Considering how much I've torn apart Adidas quality throughout this channel, I think fanatics is better than Reebok was and the hate is unjustified
