Hi again. I have a Boreal 21 (yellow handle) and it's sitting in the flimsy Agawa box it came in. A green canvas saw pouch would be a fantastic addition to my kit. Basic (reinforced?) stitching at the bottom would be fine, but one side wrapping under the pouch and up the other side would feel more secure, and perhaps give the option of creating a small external pocket on the pouch. How do we make this happen?

I like the earthy colors that you use. More so the fact that they are hand made makes them more valued. How about making a folding chair for yourself, or do you prefer kneeling on one knee. By the way I am from the Bahamas and we don't have the cold and snow that you have, but I love nature that is why I watch your shows. I have only camped once and it was fun because we fished for our food.

I have started watching your videos and just subscribed and hit the bell for notifications. Why?... because your videography is on point with composition and is in tack focus without that annoying auto-focus going berzerk. I also appreciate the work you put in capturing different angles as you share your adventures. You know your stuff and I pay attention all along the way. My camping adventure story: While dating years ago, I took my now bride tent camping, when an Arizona summer monsoon storm rolled in. We got the tent set up, an extra tarp secured over it, and got inside for the storm. It dumped on us, the lightning flashes lit up the tent hundreds of times, but, we stayed dry inside and still vividly remember that trip being together over seven years now. This week is our wedding anniversary and we're going camping again this weekend. Happy outdoors couple! Sewing ideas: Everything I buy for camping seems to come with a bag or case for it. One thing that I haven't seen addressed is a good laundry bag to bring clothes home separate from everything else. Maybe a small breatheable/washable bag for underwear/socks/knit caps/scarves that can be thrown in the washer and washed all together while shirts/pants are washed separately. Other ideas would be a cooking kit bag; spork/knife, bowl/plate, spatula/tongs with a salt/pepper/garlic shaker for most any meal. A fire starting kit; lighter/lint or striker/rod. And, probably most important is a good first-aid bag complete with bandages/gauze/wraps/tweezers/Tylenol/Tums/etc.. Anyway, thanks for the great videos from here in Arizona! Pete - KI7LIL (my HAM radio callsign, and I also bring along a Garmin inReach mini while camping/traveling).

Headed up some logging roads and my truck decided it didn’t want to play anymore, couldn’t get up the trails and had to back down icy roads for 2 miles, ended up setting my hammock up around 9 at night and tried to round up firewood since it was 20* F, rough night but was fun. An alternative to using a canvas cloth to hold the stove would be to wrap it with a 2'x3' welding blanket and cordage. That way it serves both as protection for the stove while carrying AND as protection of the earth (or the tent wall) from getting scorched when in use.

Thanks for another great video. I started a true bush whack hike with my dog on leash 1mile through thick brush only to discover the creek was over run with flies... we back tracked (60lb pack by the way) jumped in the truck, found a logging road, bush whacked another 1-1/2 mile through thick forest and landed in a very remote spot underneath a beautiful cedar grove next to rapids on a river. It turned out to be one of the most adventurous and beautiful trips ever. So much fun! I am in love with that Ti Tea Kettle, where might I get my hands on one? And I will take one of the white or tan canvas bags for my new T1 Stove-yes please.

A terrible trip experience I had was when I went to a new location and was going to scout around and stay overnight. Absolutely no flat ground to be found, (wish I had my hammock with me) after hiking for two to three hours I ran into someone else who was also looking for a spot. We found a campsite on the map and had to hike the five miles there, arrived in pitch black darkness, but we had an amazing view in the morning of the fog rolling across the lake. Worth every mile hiked that weekend.

We went in a camping trip to Colorado last Summer and there was a mixup at our first campground that we got to just before dark. Apparently, my reservation got switched to another campground somewhat nearby. The printout didn’t have the name, but the campsite number was exactly the same and get this on the post it had a reserved sheet with my last name. There was a guy already camping there and his last name is the same. He showed me his D.L. The campground hosts were nice enough to allow us to pitch our tents in a common area. We setup in the dark. No Internet to verify our reservation.
