Thanks for all the cool videos you do Joe I have been out of work for about a month and a half had a Bell’s palsy event and it triggered my anxiety and depression and I don’t wanna do anything unfortunately so I am living the outdoor through you right now thank you for all the good videos that you do and all the great people that you knowI would like to meet you someday I live in Maine if you ever have a meet and greet that would be cool

For Pike whenever I get up to the tipup I always let out a little line, try and feel if the pike still has it and if I feel resistance I set the hook. If I'm getting up to it and it's spinning for the second time then I set the hook every time and 99 percent of the time that fish has the hook in its mouth! It's really cool if you watch this happen on an underwater camera. Jay Semons has some cool videos and I think so does Clayton Shick.

Hi liked the show tonite u talked about just just getting out and having a good day and good times that has a true ring to it for me me and my brother go fishing together have made good memories together the last 3 years that I won't ever forget . I am 60 years old just met him 4 years ago and we are full brothers lived 2 miles from each other our whole lives without knowing till my daughter found them been great for both of us hunting and fishing just making memories .keep fishing if u ever make it to NY look us up😮

All the yellow perch I’ve caught are loaded with parasites. How does one get around that?

It’s water body by water body in Maine. Of these it was every fourth one had the grubs or worms in the meat and the others were clean seems like the deeper perch and the deeper body of water perch are cleaner
