Why would you need to convert this? Answer: if you have an application where you need to have a secondary location that is a dripper spray or 'water in motion spray'
Example a lot of truckmounted carpet cleaning machines use gasoline engine exhaust to heat water and to monitor and control the temperature, a small amount of this water has to be moved over a temperature sensor. Carpet cleaning equipment operators have to stop cleaning a lot to move furniture, talk on the phone, and talk to customers. A regulator would ensure the water would not be overheated. Unloaders are used for when the water use is completely 'on' or 'off.'
