The clone wars version is still the easy winner for me, but this one is amazing, either is a great choice. Now this is a minor thing but what really does it in terms of looks for me is the all black outfit, its a great contrast with her skin and head thingy, 10/10

Wow, I personally prefer the clone wars because of the iconic role she had during the clone wars and since most of the screen time of her is during that area. Still, I love the older/wiser look to the older version. Both look spectacular

“ we got this lantern here for whatever reason I thought would light up…” That reason being… it’s a friggin’ lantern- it should light up . C’mon Hot Toys .Mandos little Beskar lock box lit up , you couldn’t make this light up?

Better you and Dean Knight’s review I can safely say this is an awesome figure and I can’t wait to get mine! I would have liked both bases in the DX, I don’t need the diorama base as I will just use my backyard for photography (real trees and grass beats plastic!)

Great photography as usual, thanks for the upload. Did you find the extra hands underneath Grogu and Ahsoka's die-cut card? You should be able to lift it up and off the main foam layer. There are only a few extra hands, but still... go and check them out. DX? FU? Really? LOL.

if its really silicone and not rubber, it should hold up incredibly well. good quality silicone is incredible stuff

Preordered both Crome Mando and Ahsoka from Sideshow Collectibles. Hope to get both in next month.

Also think its a bit naff that she doesn't come with the standard base from the DX20

I ordered both versions of this so that I can display one with the Poncho and one without.

I preordered this. My main concern adding Ahsoka to the Star Wars Collection were the longevity of the arms. I read the instructions and it said only 90 degrees bends were allowed.. I tried bending the right arm... no go, not even a millimeter of movement so I tried the left arm. Same thing, stuck. pulled down the material hiding the joints and the arms are facing the correct way with joints facing the collector. I try to bend while pushing up into the joint as I can see it's soft. There doesn't seem to be the usual support in the arm joints just a rod that sticks up in between the shoulder and the elbox upper arm. I try it one more time and gently bend, then SNAP! right arm is broken. I try the left, this time pushing up way into the joint, SNAP! both arms are now broken. I beleive during transport the figure was left outside in the hot sun and the forearm melted into the joint and when it cooled it sealed Ahsoka's fate. That and poor design. I sent it back and put the money on another preorder. I have the other Hot Toys Ahsoka and have no issues with her. 1/10

Has there been any staining due to the black cloth? I always worry about buying figures with black fabric. Thx

Theres a pre order on hmv for an ahsoka tano from the mandalorian and im wondering if the hot toys figures are really worth getting

I buy Hot Toys for their realism, so the Mando Ashoka was the obvious choice for me

I will wait for the Ahsoka show version where they have corrected the leku length. For now, animated version is perfect for me

That’s a big dis that the sabers are not USB & not double jointed!!! brought it down to an 8 out of 10 for me. Why oh why would you not have light up sabers on this awesome figure. This new Grogu should have been in the version they sold separately the only thing that version has is the accessories and the cat which it would have been awesome if this new Grogu would have been updated with it.

She looks great. Better than the animated version from hot toys. But I still think I like the one from the Maul/Ashoka statue the most

elbows are seemless or not ? i just want to know if i can bend them without breaking the seemless body under the fabric or not

Mine broke, separated at the waist and cant get it back together so she just wobbles around. Careful if you try to bend her forward for a pose.

Think that base is the same as Yoda's as you can see the two little holes for the floating rock attachments he came with

I love her skin, the figure is great. The chains on her side are brittle, her hand wants to droop under the weight of the long "whooshing" Saber and as you said, the single joints was a huge mistake which for the price, shouldn't be an issue.. it was quite disappointing. The accessories are underwhelming and she can't even really fit on the stand it came with. I didn't get the fancy stand which was an accident but looks like I won't be using it either. Overall, I got it to be a model and it is a beautiful figure. I feel like it's a better quality than the repainted boba fett but the boba accessories were were cool. I accidentally bought the one that doesn't come with his head or the holo crons. I didn't realize they made a version that didn't include. They shouldn't have but it is what it is. All complaints aside, I'm still happy with my purchases, I would've bought them anyway as ahsoka and boba are two of my favorites and having the figure of boba is badass and perfect for the cosplay costume I'm starting. I wish they'd do an asajj ventress figure. Great review man. Love your collection

I am so conflicted on this figure. I really, really dislike the silicone arms and I feel if I bought this I would worry about about their structural integrity constantly but it looks so good

I would love the Rosario version if they would have made her look closer to Ahsoka's Rebels look. Longer lekkus and slightly different face markings. Now I know that the bigger the lekku the harder for the actress to move around in it but still... Tongrutas are like that. It gets bigger with age and Rosario's looks like a teenager with those short lekkus. I'm sorry but I just couldn't let that go. And her face markings are also changing slightly with time so I don't understand why they did that to Rosario's version honestly.

Hot Toys has been on 🔥 as of late

Everybody is entitled to their opinion I absolutely love this figure I hated that I had to cancel it because I couldn't pay for it all but in a way it turned out good because I preorder the regular version when I am able to buy this again I'm definitely getting the deluxe that's the way to go

Ryan.. did Hot Toys use their typical materials (rubber/plastic) for the seamless body? Or is it the newer silicone type body, which they used with the recent Wonder Woman release?

Is the body Phicen'y, or is it that old Hot Toys Seamless body style?

I like the face of the figure, it's More similar to rebel's Ahsoka

She looks great. I will buy mine soon. However, for a DX figure you’d think they would include a standard stand as well. Maybe even swap out Grogu heads. Bottom line to me DX means a bit more accessories! Lol… that new silicon body looks awesome! My concern as is with all silicon body’s is posing and tears! Not be able to leave it in certain poses for to long. That’s the only good advantage jointed body’s are worry free from. Thanx again for another great review.

Beautiful, but at this point Hot Toys may as well start making statues. We're paying a premium for minimal articulation, and what is there, is terrifying to use. And the overall longevity of the materials is a problem, period.

The DX with grogu just isn't enticing enough to be worth it. I stuck with the Ahsoka figure alone. Plus, my other sets already came with a grogu, so i didn't need another.

I’ll never understand Hot Toys and their seamless arms with single joint elbows. TBLEAGUE bodies are fully articulated metal skeleton and seamless. It would probably raise the price but I’d like to have better articulation.

I have two of those Marvel shirts. Obviously Howard is the one who decides what will be a DX. Looks like its mostly the packaging. I am beginning to think that Hot Toys doesn't like to give female characters double jointed elbows for some reason. I know in this case it has to do with the seamless arms but there do seem to be a lot of single jointed female characters.

My guess is you got 4 clone troopers

Why is it with Female star wars figures they seem to only do single jointed elbows, I was devastated when Bo Katarn had single jointed elbow and didn't get the armorer due to that as well. Are Marvel and DC female figures the same?

Why does everyone go crazy over the sculpt? That's not Rosario. It's modeled after the clone wars sculpt, to be an older version, which is BS. Rosario I feel was disrespected lol. It looks pretty manly tbh.

The body is not just looks very much improved. The shape looks almost identical to Rosario Dawson's real shoulders and back.

The eyes 👀 look weird on both versions, especially when you showed them next to the Bo Katan figure.

Very good review... but... I'm sorry I don't see Rosario... I see the character, not the actress... the Ahsoka series is coming so this piece at a sculpted level will be surpassed... greetings

The Live action Ahsoka is the better verison. The body was made just for this character. Upper body Silicone and lower body is all plastic.

The sculpt looks like a man, it's really awful imo. Likeness is absolutely no where to be found from any angle. Idk what they were going for but this ain't it. SSC Premium Format sculpt blows this thing out of the water.
