@@Dashi42100 My immediate assumption was something Healthcare related. Probably due to my own bias and experience. I too was diagnosed with PTSD along with anxiety and depression. I have long struggled to shut my mind off and relax enough to sleep. Randall's sounds have been part of my nightly routine since I found them. It allows me to focus on something steady and calm rather than the chaos constantly running through my head. So many people automatically assume PTSD and Military go hand in hand and overlook the medical field all together. Some medical workers experience war zones too but many of us experience the traumas of everyday life and those can be equally horrifying. Especially when many of us went into these fields with a big heart and the urge to help people at their worst moments. Its hard not to feel their pain along with them when you care so deeply. Thank You for continuing to do what you do despite the physical and mental toll it takes on your own health. I hope you are able to find some peace. You, and the countless others like you, are more than deserving of it.

I don't get headaches from it but I too have wondered why this particular frequency is a favorite to so many. For some reason, I'm completely unable to hear it when its combined with any other sound. It's kind of hard to experience the relaxing vibes that others are enjoying when it appears that I am completely deaf to such frequencies. 🤷‍♀️
