That is a very cool bike! For easy kick-starting you should consider to use an S&S super B-carb.Super B's don't have an accelerator pump so your sparks won't be swimming in fuel after a few kicks. Very cool bike!

As cool as they are to look at, kickers sure seem to be a pain in the ass.

Are they suppose to idle that slow? You may want to increase the idle rpm to insure proper oil flow. Terrific Bike!!!
