If the guitar is your first instrument and you don't know ANYTHING about music, you can call this channel your new classroom. All of the lessons in this channel are made with beginners and confident beginners in mind. The goal here is to get you from absolute beginner to confident and independent at an intermediate level.
Today we are learning how to play Hotel California by The Eagles on our guitars. If you are a beginner or if you have avoided barre chords, this video will help you play the song and sound good!

But once I realized the chords are all familiar (and thank goodness F is easy on the uke!) I could follow along here too. Hello, I have watched many of your videos. You take the time to benefit (older people like me ) to enjoy guitar playing again. Had a severe injury and could not play the guitar for almost 30 years. With your great lessons, I'm getting much better. Love the fact that you mention the importance of relaxing, I know now that relaxation and practicing are so important. I'm impressed you are the first guitar teacher to remind us to relax, breath is important. Your style is like my wife when she taught ballroom dance, relax it's fun and some times you have to shake it out, arms that is. PS I married my ballroom dance teacher almost 20 years ago.
