Staying up takes a big toll on your body though so that why should really move around and strain yourself physically and get some fresh air and make the room dark and well-ventilated so you sleep well. it's obvious and unavoidable honestly. Like, imagine if you have a trash restraunt, and you ask for gordon to come help. Of course he'll have to hurt you with his words, to actually make you determined to fix up the place! If gordon wasn't so bold and stuff, his reviews would be much more uneffective at fixing up hotels/restraunts.

They probably think it must be the staff or the customers who are at fault. I can seriously imagine that mindset in many cases featured on both the hotel and the restaurant shows.

This show is great because it shows you basic human nature. People don’t like being criticized about things. It applies to restaurants, houses, job, aspects of life, kids you name it. Moral of this show, don’t act like these people

If the hotel where to manage business better and the murder mystery was just a theme evening on top, no one would complain about it, even if it's the dream of the hotel owner to play Sherlock and solve all the mystery.
