It's looking a bit worn and lived in. But for £17, I guess you can't complain with a raised voice. My recent favourite is D-Appartments nearer to the Pattaya Klang end of Soi Buakhao. Much larger rooms, far cleaner, fresher, more modern, kitchen sink, large balcony, rooftop pool and cleaned immaculately daily for B700-1000.
Hi first time watching your channel.. I stayed there 2023.. not same room I was up higher on other block .. yes no elevator on that block either . Two weeks of stairs ma calfs were killing me haha. My view was onto soi Lenkie
Seven is the worse place , it’s either number 1 or 3 . It’s cheap , fresh towels everyday, room cleaned every day , 2 bottles of water everyday and sheets changed every two . I paid 18.000 baht for 30 days , I booked number 3 and have done on my last five visits . Loved it
I am confused. I am trying to book a place in Pattaya for my 1st trip ever to Thailand. I see on the booking site, Sutus Court 1,2,3,4,5,6,7..... All in the same building and some are different prices. WTH ? What is the difference between all these numbers ? Are they different levels of "niceness" or what ?
Wouldn't bother with it pal there's far better options for exactly the same price or even less. It has a fake popularity via sheep minded fool's that know no better. I usually opt for D-Appartments opposite the entrance to New Plaza, but just off Soi Buakhao. No restaurant or bar, but far cleaner and a rooftop bar and huge balcony rooms for B900-1000. If not, there's several hundred great hotels to choose from.
Sutus Court 1 --5, different buildings,& age related .. SC 1 is the newer,with larger rooms & the dearest ! 4 &5 older & cheapest...2 & 3 in between I guess ?.
