Starting the video on a baht bus down Soi BUAKHAO to Soi Lengkee between Soi Diana and Soi BUAKHAO. I take a walk down Soi Lengkee in the afternoon to show you and describe what is on Soi Lengkee like the hotels you can stay in, the restaurants on Soi Lengkee, neer bars and thai massage shops. I show you up the swimming pool of the Opey de Place..Show you Retox sports bar& restaurant, Lone Star Grill, The Loaf Restaurant and Steak and Co Restuarant. I take you through the Sutus Court properties..walking through the parking lot, showing you the swimming pool. Then talking to the Sutus Court receptionists about how much per night and monthly if you stay at Sutus Court 1. ive stayed at sutus court 1 evertime ive visited pattaya for the last 5 years .the rooms are bright,clean and spacious .its in a great location close to all the action ,but its reasonably quiet as there are no loud music bars near by.receptionists are realy helpful and friendly .the sutus court restaurant /bar is also open 24/7 and the place next door but one does really nice food . i dont even bother looking at other hotels as i always feel at home in this one .

Thanks for the updated review of Sutus 1.. i have a room booked there for November. Good also to note the cut through to Soi Lengkee via Sutus 5. Receptionists seem sweet too. Great cheap breakfast next door in Cheap Charlies!

I stayed at Opey De Place in 2017. Lovely pool. Staff a bit off-putting sometimes and the beds very hard. Normal for Thailand bed-wise. Clean rooms though. Cheers.

there are some nice little guesthouses on the right that are good prices. Nice little Thai hosts/owners. no pool of course but you can pay to use pool at nearby hotels on the street.

Slyman Sutus Court has good location for walking or the baht bus passes in front . The back end rooms avoid the street noise , how much per day ?

Staying at the Opey Du Place for the first time in October, at least the pool looked ok, and its guest friendly, so cuts out the hassle, thats if I knew any friendly guests lol.

Sutus court 5 is only 12 to 15 a night...great wifi too. Sutus Court 1 is the most expensive and nicest and sutus court 3 has horrible wifi. That little entrance is sutus court 2 and 5. Great hotel and they sell beer 24 hours a day. Cheers.

Wifi is patchy at best at Sutus Court. Staff are unfriendly. Doors banging in the middle if the night ensure a poor nights sleep.

That monthly price for Sutus was way over the top. Nearly £750, $900!! They're charging £400 on Agoda for 1 month. I prefer staying at other end of Soi Bukhaou in D Apartment. Good vid tho and recently subscribed. Been coming to Pattaya now since 2006

Yes but what kind of breakfast? I have had 100 baht breakfasts. But too small. I tend to eat alot in the morning and afternoon. That is only 7 dollars. Cheap for myself. But did u enjoy the video? That is what I want to know

Not really. I know that older lady on the left. Stayed at the Sutud Court many times. She recognizes me. She calls me an actor she likes. She thinks I look like him. Why would she give me a high baht price when I am promoting the hotel..I get that room.on agaoda for around 33 Canadian plus tax which is roughly same or a little cheaper. Walk in rsyed are generally always more!

Plenty of stuff to do!! Go to Ko Larn, the waterslides?, go karting, mauy thai boxing, weight training, swimming at your pool or the beach, go to the mall, relax in your room and shag all day. Get a thai massage and oil massage, go to soi 6. What r u talking about. Plenty of stuff to do always. Up to you!!

oh no. Get a foot massage. Swim or relax in the hotel pool. If really hot see a matinee movie at the mall. Or go to the mall for a meal, read the paper relax and enjoy the sights. Take a speed boat to Ko Larn island. Go to Nong Nooch garden. Go up Pratamnak hill to big buddha. liesurely lunch at Robin's nest. They have specials. The lasagna is actually pretty good and I get it every week. watch a football match while there.

Steer well clear of Sutus court. Seen so many bad examples of bad service and rudeness from the female reception staff. Unhelpful and resentful people.

You must have a grudge,v stayed there twice a year for a few years ,was there Mwch and booked in for August,the staff are brilliant,nothing is a problem , fresh towels every day ,clean sheets every three days,room cleaned every days .Now if you want a bad hotel try LK Metropole on soil Diana ,what a shithole that is,

@@ReginaldGates-Everton You are 100% factual incorrect. Towels are supplied every other day as well as the sheets. Room is not cleaned everyday. Room cleaned every other day. Sheets often bloodstained and towels ripped. I take it you are suffering from memory loss as well as bad spelling.

For get my spelling, you are a liar , iv stayed there twice a year for the last five years , last time last March 2024. Towels are changed every day , sheets every three days, roomed cleaned EVERY DAY . Why are you lying? As for the mug that put it up , he says he hasn’t stayed there for a long time, Sheets with Blood on !!!

All you have to do is google Sutus Court reviews and see how many disgruntled customers they have. Check your spelling and grammar before you post, it's as poor quality as Sutus Court hotel.
