If i run a preamp into the ampero can i put it anywhere in the chain? For example could i put an ampero effect such as a modulation before the external preamp and an ampero reverb after the preamp at the same time?
Depends. It has huge potential if gets patched properly. It is definitely more fun to experiment with this one, it has more DSP and serves me well to make fake guitars from my bass with different tones and pan them in stereo, it even looks nicer. Helix would still be better, but this is much more convenient thing to work with comparing to HX Stomp
