Is there a space for planting some trees may I know why they will move to Makati? Is the loca5ionmtoo,far from the commercial area and schools ascwell as to Medical city ?

The layout is not that great and the bedrooms are so small.

Rush sale only means a seller wants to sell their overvalued bahay at a pipe dream price. Problem with this microscopic lot of 135 square meters is no backyard, tiny court yard in front and steep inclined stairway because of such tight setbacks and lot configuration. Get use to falling down those stairs and some guard rails would help for that steep climb up.😂
