The 12 steps required for house dancing have been combined into one workout.

[Warming up steps]
01: Bounce (standby)
Required for all steps.
02: Two pivot
Required for swallows, turns and spins.
03: Heel pivot
Required for floating, bed lock, pipod move, African step.
04: Side hop
Required for shuffle, sponge bob, crosswalk, and crisscross.
05: Knock
Required for all steps.
06: Slide
Needs sliding and skating.
07: Snap kick
Requires routers, seel, sponge bob, salsa sp, chase.
08: Heel step
Loose legs, gallop shuffle, can opener required.
09: Two touch
Required for toe shuffle and train.
10: Knee bounce
Required for all steps. Especially necessary for jacking and stomping.
11: Knee up
Required for farmers, jacking in the box and roller skates.
12: Walking
Required for paddle and cross rose.
Cool down (bounce)
