This video is a House Dance tutorial for beginners.
I will introduce the recommended steps for warming up House Dance.
Great for learning the rhythm of house dance and how to use your body.
Anyone can learn because it is easy.
When practicing, be aware of "moving correctly".

[Next Level]Open step
Note: Put your weight on your feet. And don't tilt your body.
[Entry Level]Knee bounce
[Next Level]Walking steps
Note: Keep the rhythm on your knees.
[Entry Level]Jumping
[Next Level]Jump to the side
Note: Do not jump high.
[Entry Level]Toe twist
[Next Level]Toe twist double.
Note: Do not lean your body forward.

[Next Level]Heel twist double
Note: Do not tilt your body backwards.

[Next Level]Separate
Note: The angles to turn your feet are the same.

Put your toes on the floor with an "en" count.

[Next Level]Shake and slide
NOTE: Slowly when aligning your feet (keep the rhythm!)

Note: Pull your front foot backwards at the same time you kick.

Hey man! Thanks for your video, practicing them all now because I am a complete beginner at house dancing. I have a question: your body looks very fluid and smooth, even when you do very basic steps. When I do it, one the other hand, everything looks very stiff. How can I let my body loosen up like yours and look less stiff? I don't know what it is...

Thanks for your comment! The more you get used to dancing, the smoother it will be! Your body is just tense. It's the same as riding a bicycle. When I was a beginner, my movements were stiff. When you're dancing, bend your knees a little and the steps will soften. But be careful because if you bend it too deeply, it will be difficult to dance. In the near future, I'll show you how to warm up your dance and how to use your arms. I wish you success!
