House Flipper 2 | Ep.17 | More Than A Trailer 

Okay so my next challenge is a all gray house( so gray tiles/wood/paint) and then in each room you can have 1 color, there must be a accent wall to match the color choice of the room. you are allowed to use the color (that matches with the accent wall) to decorate (bedding, toothbrush, kitchen containers) and of course each room must be a completely different color (no 2 rooms are allowed same color). Gosh I hope you understand hahha I confused myself typing that. Thanks for the video by the way

I presume the music in the background is not in game and music you use personally. Whatever it is is so relaxing listening to the birds and hearing the trickling water all whilst watching a satisfying house clean up/flip :)

As you mention about the electrical outlets for basements, it’s the same in Sweden as well, “law” to put them at waist height because of flooding. I’m an architect for living, so that is what I do, making sure outlets are where they should and installing windows where they make the most sense and so on. Also making sure every door is placed as it “should be”. Like the room where your water heater tank is, according to me the door should be open in to the room instead of out of the room, and the hinges should be on the other side, so it made me cringe some lol. Making sure every you can fit (and turn) a wheelchair in every room and designing the wall layouts. But when it comes to designing the house with matching paint etc I’m not that good lol 😂 I really wanna buy this game but Christmas ate all my money, so I have to wait lol (I have the first one but haven’t tried it yet) 😂
