I really like the idea of this challenge, and you did a great job Clare!

In this situation I would try and make this house from 4 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms but Claire on the other hand would go from 4 bedrooms to 2 bedrooms.

you should do a special hashtag for yourself , like #flipthisclare or #peachyflips, i'm not really creative, and then fans can leave you houses to flip.🍑🍑

Hey Clare! There’s a CC creator called illogical sims on tumblr who’s created some really cool stuff packs that are kinda maxis match, but looks amazing! And they made this really nice one called the Pufferhead stuff pack that’s like a Sims version of Harry Potter. I think you would really love the things they made 😊

Fun fact!! We do actually have some Tudor style homes in the USA!! There’s actually an entire house-styled hotel in my closest city that takes Tudor inspiration! Most of them are in the northeast, New England area, but I’ve seen some further south too

This is random but when you place the big ‘built in’ wardrobes/closets from get together you are supposed to put a wall with a 2x2 space behind and then place the wardrobe/closet in that space so then the wardrobe/closet is built in :) That’s what I do, but you don’t have to.... I love when you do build challenges!! Could you do some house challenges where you have one house in whites, blacks, and grays. Then the next house is pastel colors. And the last house is like woods/ brown colors. I think that would be really cool!! Love the videos so much. Your my favorite RU-vidr! :)

This challenge looks like it would be so fun to combine with a rags to riches story. I really want to build a trash house now, and have a sim live there and renovate it over time on a super tight budget.
