Interior of the house based closely on the work of the fabulous Home Design Games, their before and after finished tour here: • HOUSE FLIPPER|LUXURY D... While they have fulfilled a subscriber request for a pretty pink colour palette I have chosen a monochrome scheme. The harsh black and white is broken by soft pops of colour of house plants.
I've dipped my toe into the scary world of mod structure building by placing a pool house out in the garden. It was actually great fun!!

I get ASMR tingles walking around your beautiful gardens! Wish mine looked like this. 😥 Also, love the bathrooms in this one, particularly the eyecatching artwork. Speaking of eyecatching, I feel a distinct lack of priapic archers in the bathrooms I visit these days, and I wondered if in your next renovation you might consider adding such a piece to one of yours? 😈

looks amazing but how did you paint the balcony and outdoor roof overhang? i need answers i have been looking for this everywhere

That is a steam workshop item! This is the link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2576757588 It comes in different sizes if you search through the designers items. If the link doesn't work for you the designer is suBZero and the item to search for is 'Black Marble Tile 8x8' (or 4x4, 10x10 etc)

I made it!!! Using the 'sports surface' paving slabs and the free standing walls from the Luxury DLC and 'Glass Ceiling Floor Skylight' pieces from the workshop. It took me bloomin' AGES and is made of hundreds of pieces 😓 Sorry I can't be more helpful but I can point you to some videos that might give you an idea of how to go about something like it!
