Little tip....when you buy a house, the sell gun can dispose of trash too, so just go nuts and sell EVERYTHING. Gut the house and start from scratch with an empty shell, i find it much easier.
You can sell a house for exactly what you bought it for also going to the buyers tab in the tablet you can see more of what buyers want from the house.
kitchens and toilets being connected its actually pretty common in the UK with older buildings due to the fact kitchens were mostly the back room of a house when indoor bathrooms/toilets came into place the only place they could build was on the back of the house off the kitchen
I know my gran had that back at the farm, from when the outhouse became a more permanent fixture - but unless the toilet is attached to a laundry, it still feels weird having it come off the kitchen.
A few tips. You can use the sell gun to get rid of everything You can tile just a small section to see if you like it instead of the whole room You can tile the windows if you want, paint is fine too.
Can't believe you put the TP there. The contractors that rebuilt my townhouse put a toilet paper holder right where you put that one and it's the ABSOLUTE WORST spot for it. Im not trying to do yoga after freeing a sewer pickle. looks decent... until you try to grab for it. Never thought I would think such of such things as an adult but it's changed my perspective
I think the idea was one switch for the ceiling light and one for the light above the mirror, but the game doesn't distinguish which switch is for which light.
I love how thoroughly you play Its just a tip but you can change the floors and paint the walls and *then* clean after that because you will see the dirt =D

Just got the House Flipper game and food your old videos for the game, there were helpful when I got stuck and was nice to have some else struggling like I was. thanx. The game has changed (updated) a lot and has dlcs including Garden and now Cyberpunk. I would love to see you revisit the game again.
Definitely love this series but, why would the toilet paper roll go behind you and why would you need two light switches when one turns on both? Also, that bathroom is incredibly too bright
If you're going to mix water and electrics, then you might as well go all out and double the chances of something going wrong. Every person that gets electrocuted in a wetroom is a reminder that the world needs English rule.
(I'm only at 11:30 in the vid so sorry if you figure this out later on) if you have to buy a stack or tiles or flooring when you only have like 3 or so spots to fill you can sell what's left. Same with the paints. (Now of course this won't work if your doing an email job where you can't use your sell tool. But 🤷♀️ the player pays for that material anyway. But hopefully once you get back and record new episodes after reading all the helpful comments it will make more sense. :) happy flipping beefers.

Beef, you need to use a negotiation point in your skills so you can negotiate with buyers first, because otherwise the other negotiation skills won't work.

I love the game, I love you beef your a great content creator, but the gameplay is so slow, maybe watch a few of other people’s gameplay to get a better understanding of the game and I’m ok with you spending 20 min on a bathroom but it can’t be the only thing you show there’s close to 20 house and way more rooms this series will be 300 parts.
