I used to clean foreclosures for HUD, and this game gives me shell shock... Some people absolutely trash their house before giving it back to the bank. We would go in and improve the value of a house $5,000-$15,000 just from removing trash, cleaning everything (even the rafters in the garage), and trimming the yard. Not sure if I can watch every episode of this due to the flashbacks...

Enyo Skye I kinda know what you're talking about, used to rent out homes and you get the same thing happens when people are evicted. It was eventually the reason we had to sell the places, we wouldn't be making any money by the time we fixed everything up.

quick tip for ya Beef, you can use your number keys to access the tools as hotkeys, they're already assigned Also you can use shift-mousewheel to snap to 90-degree angles

Be sure you take the perk to show dirt in the mini map. It really helps.

Beef I found out that sometimes it for some reason will count dirt from another room that's attached to the one your in.. the game will register it in both rooms even though it's only in one. but def look at the mini map for help. I've maxed out being able to see dirt on my mini map and it has helped out SOOOO much. thanks for introducing me to this very addictive game. Happy Flipping Beefers.

I discovered that if you sell a partly used stack of panels, you get the same amount (almost full price) regardless of how much is left. To save money, use all but one of the panels and then sell it.

Shift rotate rotates it to closest 90 degree, making it be straight. Not found all dirt? Go through the bottom on walls and you should be able to find all, might need top of wall.

Hey Beef, when your doing any of the jobs for a customer..you can sell all the item that are in the house to make extra money and still complete the job without any problems.. Hope this help moving forward..

Funny you should reference blood and cleaning up a crime scene - since the people who made House Flipper are making a game where you're a crime-scene cleaner. (I think they also made an Escape Room game called "The Initiate" - but I could be wrong)

It's best to do all the clean ups and other tasks before you buy your own house to flip 'cause you get the different abilities like for example the paneling and such... Hope you see this!

Taran Singh u have to pay for the garbage bags depending on what ur trash is and when u go to a container parc u pay according to the weight u brought. Only glass and paper they pick up for free

You can go to certain places and they'll pay you if you have glass bottles or aluminum cans. It's only a couple cents per bottle/can but it can add up if you have bags full of them.

Cockroaches are actually very clean animals/bugs (whatever you want to call them) they have a bad rep because they show up in dirty places but it's only because there's lots of food for them!

Hard to say they are "clean". Many of the species we call pests live in the dirtiest of locations, be it due to access to food or it is a tight squeeze. They always carry diseases due to this. Even the cleanest of homes can get them, many people even eat roaches, but this does not mean they are clean. Ants clean each other but that doesn't mean they are clean either.
