We're back with another House Flipper video on PC, this time I'm going back to the beginning and upgrading the original First Office.
I never actually sold the First Office because it was the first time I'd ever played the game and it became sentimental but as I've progressed and now have 6 additional pets, I decided there was no better time to upgrade it and move on!
I hope you like what I've done with the place, I really enjoyed making this build and it's also thanks to the new Farm Flipper DLC that I was able to make this.

u did a phenomenal job.. specially with that hallway to the indoor pool or something like that.. but that living room and kitchen is kinda giving me a claustrophobic vibe.. looks pretty cozy tho.. idk

It is pretty small I must admit but I didn't really want to take away from the size of the first office by extending the living area and kitchen, maybe my next build won't be as claustrophobic lol. ^_^

How did you do this part at 0:17? I cant seem to figure it out why it isnt letting me expand it Edit: Figured it out and how the hell did you remove the gutter pipe thats at the back wall?

I struggled with the architect tool at first, I couldn't figure out why they wouldn't attach but it seems like it's picky as to where it goes. Also the guttering on the back wall couldn't be removed so it's simply hidden. ^_^

I know this is 1 year later but how did you get that water fall or what did you search up in the workshop?

It might be 1 year later but it's as if I made this yesterday, all I typed in is "wall" and you get quite a few search results with this being one of them, that's not in the steam workshop though, that's in the games store. ^_^

How do you get rid of the guttering pipe at the rear of the property? At 33 secs I’ve tried it on my ps5 but to no avail

I am using the Architect Tool to build extensions, I don't remove them as such it just gets hidden, if you watch the tour you'll probably be able to guess how it's hidden. ^_^

In order to build extensions you need to purchase the Farm DLC, this will allow you to use the architect tool. ^_^

The Farm DLC is what lets you build extensions not the garden DLC. ^_^

0:17. When I add the extension I can pull it out towards the fence but not to the right, I get no arrow

That's odd, are you connecting it from the house like I did? It's possible there's either not enough squares because the extensions too small or because it's not attached onto the house. It's kind of difficult to say when I can't see it lol. ^_^

I don't play this game (yet) so IDK if the answer is obvious but why did you paint the walls then apply the tiles over them? Isn't that a waste of money? Or is that the only way to do it?

It's not the only way to do it, I'm not sure why I do it lol. I mean in real life you'd base coat before painting with the colour you want but I'm pretty sure it doesn't apply to tiling. I think it's more that it becomes a blank canvas and makes it easier for me to come up with something. ^_^

It'd be awesome if they did that. The console version (unfortunately what I have) is no comparison. I didn't realize there was a HUGE difference between the two until after purchase and hours of play. 😐

Hey i need help! I bought my first house then i accidentally deleted my plumbing for my shower and toilet. And i cant put any showers without them. Do u know how to get them back?

In the store, you'll have a section for "installations" this is where you'll find everything that needs plumbing etc., on PC you can open the store by pressing the TAB button, I'm not sure what it is on console however. ^_^

I know what you mean, sorry that's the back of the house yeah and when you add an extension onto a pre-existing building it does appear to remove the drain pipes. If you go to 24:29 you'll see that the drain pipe is technically still there with how I layed that out. ^_^

It's part of the Farm DLC, it gives you access to the Architect Tool which allows you to build extensions onto existing buildings, you can also use it to create buildings from scratch either on existing house plots as extra buildings or on the empty plots of land where you can make what you like. Hope this helps! ^_^

After looking it up I can say that yes it does work on PC ^_^, according to my Playstation Store here in the UK the Farm DLC is £15.49

I was planning on getting it but I kept seeing bad reviews on Xbox store so I held it off for a while even though I really want to get it.

The good thing is that Frozen District are still supplying House Flipper with updates and content releases despite House Flipper 2 being available now on consoles. If you'd prefer a more up to date game then I'd give House Flipper 2 a go but if are happy with just House Flipper then I'd recommend the Farm DLC as it adds more creative control of existing builds plus being able to build new ones. ^_^
