For your "workbench" in the garage they have a lot of really cool garage stuff in the steam workshop just FYI. I downloaded a bunch of stuff off there for my game

The reason for the leaks when installing sinks, when you are screwing in the main pieces under the sink the game is auto clicking which forces you to also turn the end knobs which turns on/off the water before you get the hoses attached... if you click nearest to the wall you shouldn't spring leaks.

Omg didn't know the ceiling titties, and now it's my favorite light fixture! :D I absolutely love what you did in the office, very chic and classical but fits the modern house very well. Also French gal here, yes it's parquet like "parkay". It's so much fun how French words sound harsh and "meeeh" in our language but become so damn fancy in English XD

The holes on the door are actually to stop condensation when you have a hot shower

Also is for smell. As most bathrooms have an exhaust fan, those holes pull in air from the hallway to replace the air removed by the fan. There's just no fart fan in the game.

May I suggest, especially when it's dark, to throw any bright light up, move it room to room just so we can see better! Sell it at the end!

When I lived in Kansas I was in an old house that was built in like 1950s or something. But anyway we had a lot of those in it but I have never heard of ceiling titty

In case you never ended up finding them, they're just called "Wood Panel" on the workshop. There is 4 of them in varying sizes as well as a corner piece and an end piece.@@bryceneu3413
