Awesome video and presentation...Love it! But upon visiting the apartment I saw: -The rent price is very very overrated. Not worth the rent prices -The finishing inside isn’t very great - Someone gave feedback that the provision of services is very poor. -Tenants have been moving every month -No place for washing machine There are better specious apartments in the area and even cheaper. Management need to look into that On the positive: Huge Kitchen and bathroom

Great video guys. I know that area very well before the road was tarmacked in 2018. Am privileged to own a plot few plots from west view building and right next to the Zion church. That area has grown so much since the road was tarmacked in 2018. So soon I will be inviting you to showcase my apartment block once I start and finish construction.
