I personally really like house #6 is modern but still has that "homey" feeling.

House 6 and 7 are the most unique, least "modern california" houses. Being surrounded by nature is great for the mind :)

6 is definitely gorgeous, doesn’t seem that big but big enough for the two of you and even with kids. It doesn’t have to be fancy and it just feels so homey 🤍. Godbless you both. Looking forward to your next journey together 🥰

House 6 is just amazing. Modern, big enough for a family and safe with an AMAZING view! Also quite homey but still modern and spacious. The backyard is classic and beautiful, but i will i agree with Roni that number 4's backyard was OUTSTANDING and so was the kitchen. But number 6, fits exactly your likings and is perfect for you both. i hope you decide on a house

Houses 5, 6, and 7- are so beautiful. They are smaller but you get a sense of more room because of the ceiling. I feel like these three would be great to look at more!

The second to last one!! It gives the homey feel and modern it’s also on a hill with a very nice view.

Houses 6 and 7 were really great. Don't forget to think about yard maintenance when buying a house, because you can buy a house with a really beautiful landscape but if you don't take care of it, it will deteriorate pretty quickly haha

House 6 and 7 are top houses for sure!!! They are more cozy and modern and the best fit for y'all❤️❤️ y'all look happier in them than the other houses!

4,5,6 are my faves. 4 is more minimalist but the kitchen and backyard are GORGEOUS. 5 seems like the perfect first home (& bonus room for growth) & 6 is just STUNNING

House 4 is just absolutely gorgeous.. the interior and the backyard is just stunning... seeing house 6, it would be perfect as a first home as it looked more homey compared to the other ones and that beautiful view tho😍 i hope you guys find the perfect home good luck🤍

the second last house is so cozy and homey and it has a little bit of everything for each house in it, and its the perfect size!

I literally love House 6. It's so homey yet modern. And Roni literally liked it before she went in lol. I love the view and I think it will be a nice house to grow into. I think you should go with 4, 6, or 7. 4: You were both in love with the back garden as well as the master bath and kitchen. these are some of the most important rooms in a home. 6: Roni loved it just from being outside and when you came out you both said that you could imagine yourselves being in that home 7: the only negative you had was its proximity to the road and how much it could be seen but that is a partially fixable problem with some fencing or trees. House five looked like it would be perfect from the outside but when Aaron kept talking about South Carolina and how much his parents would love it I got the vibe that you would b trying to recreate the past rather than focusing on building your future.

That green house just looked and felt right! It wasn’t too big or too fancy and it had a much more homey vibe than the other ones! It was cute and still beautiful! Plus, it reminded me a lot of the Merrel house itself 😅

Personally i loved house number 6. It had that homey feel. A lot of the other houses had that museum vibe but this one felt comfortable and not too open which i personally like.

House 6 or 7. Personally, I like 6 more. It seems very private and while it’s a big house, it wasn’t as big or as overwhelming as the first 4. It also seems to perfect as a starter home and to even start a family in but still gives that room to get something bigger down the road. Or I’d suggest that as a starter home then maybe buy some land for RonRon Ranch and build your dream home later.

I fell in love with the second house 😍. The kitchen and living room had a more homey vibe. However, it did feel “too fancy” for the two of you who usually like simple things.

I love the Italian home and the pretty back yard home. They all are beautiful. I'm ready for the next chapter and I can't wait to see what you guys pick

I obviously have no idea about your guys' personal preferences, spending budgets etc, but I personally can see you guys living in something similar to home 6. It's a good size house without feeling too large, or like there's too much space to be filled. It also has plenty of guest rooms which will be perfect for when family comes over, as I know family is important to both of you, and the garden seemed like a great space for Guppy - plus it had some greenery which will be child friendly for when you potentially start to think about extending your family. House 4 was also gorgeous, but it also seems a lot more modern and large compared to your dream "ranch" home haha. Whatever you choose, whether that's now or in a years time, I know you guys will find the right home for you. I wish you good luck on your house hunting endeavours!

House 6 is stunning. Even just seeing it on camera felt more homey than the others in my opinion. But ultimately the decision is yours.

Personal faves were 5 and 6-seemed the most homey and spacious without being too extravagant. Also they both had room for kids but also room to go bigger if needed!

These houses are humongous!!! As a young couple not looking to have kids yet I expected them to be looking at like 4 bed 5 bath houses, but those houses looked like mansions to me. Granted, I like in an apartment with 6 people, but wow! I think that they need to keep looking for the one. Thought when watching- “Can you hear someone calling for you from anywhere in the house? Or is it so big that your super far away?

The vibes you guys give off after seeing 4, 6 and 7 are so nice!! I think theyre what you're looking for, and it'll definitely be good for you guys when you have kids!!

1. Feel the antique look may not suit you guys although gorgeous and yes there is room for improvement. 2. If you guys would like to have a farm later down the road or farm animals that would be perfect 😂 3. Loved the modern look and closet space for Roni but didn’t get a “you’re house” vibe 4. Gorgeous backyard!!!! Felt more this house was suited for you both as a couple to grow into. 5. House more homey but didn’t love as much as the others. Felt there were areas Aaron would have a hard time getting around. 6. Loved this house! Feel this one speaks more to you both. 7. Absolutely gorgeous but felt not as much as the previous one. Overall felt #6 was the best haha

Wow when you guys talked about saving up for a house, I thought it was going to be a few years before the house hunting, didn’t expect it so soon! #4 is definitely my favorite, beautiful backyard and kitchen #6 is my second favorite and #7 is my third favorite because the view is amazing - but I agree with Roni about being wary being so close to a busy street, my bedroom faces a busy road and let me tell you, it sucks! cars going by all day and I’m all ready to move out!

When you said looking for houses I didn’t expect to see mansions in celebrity neighborhoods 😂 best wishes with your house hunting and y’all definitely don’t need our opinion!

I feel like the hidden hills one is absolutely gorgeous, but it's a lil too big. When you look at the smaller ones keep this type of backyard in mind!

The fourth one too was GORGEOUS and very homey I loved it so much I think you should move there! Number five was homey but not as beautiful. Number 6 I can also very much see you guys living in.
