Promised to give out the caretakers number, but later realised how unprofessional that would be. Hope you understand, if you need to see the houses, comment below I'll definitely hook you up. Until next week :)
The large quiet path as one walks towards the building... it would be good if there was some business going on there for the sake of security. So if someone is coming from town late its not scary.
I really can't understand where God fit in money and financial success. I don't think the mighty oh mightest entity in the universe, ever promised anything about dollar$, €uros and shi££ings.
You are wrong.... Money has nothing to do with happiness. I was living at a tiny bedsitter at clay city together with my Kenyan wife and I can assure you that we was so so happy. So next time lady don't just assume things just by reading my name and instead change mentality and try to find out what makes a human being happy. But to say the truth I can't expect something like that from you, someone who immediately attacking someone else verbally and insulting, just only with the idea that he might have, what you pray every day to your God to give you. Congratulations for your level and the love you have for other human beings.
Hi , unfortunately I lost the care takers number, but they are on Limuru -Ndenderu road, on your right as you drive towards Ndenderu just before Total Petrol Station Ruaka

No.... I don't like it and I live in ruaka very close to those apartments. I will never live again at a place with cheap windows with one thin glass leaving all the noise from the hooting matatus coming in and disturbing my morning and with huge gaps and poor closing system, leaving all the dust to come in my home. Never again and no, to padlock doors with huge noisy irons securing the door. I totally hate the sinks outside of the bathrooms or washrooms. We live in the 21st century and I don't accept new buildings to be built with last century's standards. Owners have to use modern building materials and give quality to people and stop thinking how to make easy money. Also people to start demanding quality and not just "love" everything they have been "served". I simply can't accept that I have to search at Westlands or killimani to find modern apartments with modern material. It means that they have the "know how", just they do it there because they know they can ask for insane amount of money because of the location and not for the actual building or apartment. For the rest of the people they just "offer" something "affordable" but actually cheap made with no actual style. (Take as an example the kitchen "furniture") Use your hard earned money on things they worth the price tag.
@Sexy lady I really don't know but trying visiting the place and you will decide if it worth the money or not. A good idea is to talk with the residents too and ask if they are satisfied with the agent, the management and if they have generally any problems that normally the caretaker will not mention for the obvious reasons.
