Nancy "the traitor" Pelosi is what took so long, and then she limited the scope of the investigations to the phone call, and dropped the tons of obstruction evidence that should have been a part of this from the beginning. As a constituent of the Speaker , i am very unamused at her delay and antics leading up to Trumps impeachment. She fought against the impeachment and deserves to be voted out of office next year.

We need actual progressives or at least actual left leaning people to start actually getting things done. Most of them try to sell the idea that once Trump is out of office everything will be fine again but it's not, we'll still be dealing with pieces left behind once that happens. Damage has been done and the system that allowed him to be elected in the first place will go unchanged. Meanwhile McConnell is forcing through more judges, people are getting kicked off of food stamps, and companies are still being allowed to run rampant with no check. Trump isn't the disease, he's merely a more obvious sign rather than the less conspicuous symptoms...

@@Cdm572 Don't forget that Stephen Miller and Jeff Sessions publicly took credit for STARTING the policy of family separation that is literally tearing families apart, and were surprised when people were upset at them for it and only started to backpedal and blame Obama after it was obvious how many Americans were appalled by their policies. Don't forget either that people on the left were already critical of Obama's immigration policy, but that they only separated families in specific cases like when authorities suspected a danger to the child, otherwise they detained families together. Doctor Thirteen I never said Trump was right in his implementation of the Zero Tolerance policy. However, it is a version of the 2014 policy that was brought forth by Obama and shut down by the courts. Obama was faced by a genuine crisis and trump acted on his own emotions. Trump attempted to do what Obama was stoped from doing. They know the Republicans have evidence and witnesses that will shred their so Called evidence. Let's wait and see if that is what they do.
