Not quite.. opulent yes.. but sense of space is mixed. some areas feel overdone. it's got a lot of bold designs but feels too much has been cramped into one plot design. if the same structure was built with double floor area perhaps more spacious feel. But to each his own. That's the beauty of design, some may like others not as much. but kudos having pulled of so much within a compact plot area

The architect is really good and this is a masterpiece, I keep coming back to this video just to appreciate this masterpiece
