Why is Rhaenyra now being written to be so offended by Daemon when she basically begged him for his help last season ??? What did she think his “help” would look like if not for his presence / reputation ???

Just a thought - could the Greenseers/Alys actually be confused by their own visions like Melisandre? Like shes giving Daemon visions to provoke his darkness and making him see things that are actually meant for Aemond to see. Is this why Daemon keeps seeing himself as Aemond. Is this another example of the untrustworthiness of visions?

I want Nettles to have the prologue of season 3. Montage of her feeding Sheepstealer day after day and then her claiming him and flying off into the sky.

I have to disagree Gwaune wanted NOTHING to do with the dead dragon parade. Also the degrading character assassination of Daemon is completely uncalled for, It's been grating my nerves for a while but this episode is over the top.

I feel like the Daemon situation in Harrenhal is all bc Alys is mad at him for his actions with the Brackens. So she is sending him what is effectively bad dreams. It also feels like Daemon is acting extra badly in response to her sending him "work through your issues" dreams bc he's Daemon.

1:52:50 This is a genuine question: What is the actual TIMELINE in the show? This to me is one of the biggest issues I have. I have zero sense of time. When we're in S2/Ep1, it's only been like a couple DAYS since Luke died... But Jace went to the Vale, to Winterfell, to the Wall & then Back to Dragonstone... When Rhaenyra says she wants Aemond & Daemon goes off to do B&C, its like he's in & out of KL the same night...but it takes Rhaenyra 2-3 days to return when she does her Septa stunt. Alicent has a line about it only being a couple of weeks since Viserys passed/Aegon crowned. Reason I ask/bring it up for a specific answer is bc some things feel like they're dragging & then other events feel rushed. I've seen comments saying it's been "several weeks", sometimes, they say MONTHS, but from what little the show has shown, it can't be. It's more like 3½ weeks, if that. So what's yalls take? What's the actual timeline?

I think what they are doing with Alys and Daemon is what will happen to Aemond. She is messing with him, he is not making any progress in raising an army, he does not know what is real and what's not. He is stuck there locked in his mind just like Aemond will be unable to leave the Harrenhall. I think Rae will come and slap him back to reality. He will think she's just another hallucination and we will get some drama

I feel S1 Rhaenyra was not afraid of take action and make desitions. S2 Rhaenyra is too afraid and doubtful. And Daemon stoyline makes no sense. Her biggest virtue is that he is fiercely loyal. I can handle a violent rouge prince, but not this bs. He is a great warrior and that is why Rhaenyra ask him to marry her.

That was thee worst episode of the entire series. Wth are they doing to Daemon’s character. It doesn’t even make sense. No wonder George hates this lol

episode was very mid...but our desire for Daemon to commit war crimes is growing. Like they did with Dany. But this is GOT's strength, the political intrigue, postering etc.

I was surprised Cole OR Helaena wasn't put forth at all for regent in Aegon's stead. I get why it ultimately went to Aemond as Aegon's heir but nobody suggested that the Hand or the actual serving Queen be put forth at least as a possibility?? Totally bizarre Alicent just assumed it SHOULD be her as his mom.

instead of showing us jace’s diplomatic skills or rhaena failing to claim a dragon we get filler scenes of ulf & hugh in KL and daemon doing side quests during a war.

Daemon has power how could a man on harrenhall send a letter and things go in play just by loyalty alone he didn't send gold or a promise of it to his associate who hired blood nd cheese in the books he was already at harrenhall wasnt at dragonstone to argue with rhaenyra about his actions he stayed in harrenhall the patience and calculating of daemon. Daemon has man sending word to him about aegon and aemond every move even on small council man are loyal to him he knows the movements of kingslanding they should be showing this daemon power as the most dangerous man in westeros 😅 worst thing is the show is made already and the cant remake these things since they published it i only wished they made it better greater than the books specifically the characters of fire and blood was greater in the books the show just making everyone what thy want and adding what they want but ill watch but im saying books will always be number one in my opinion the show couldve been greater than the books if the characters remained great along with their story line and if it the story line makes sense in terms of war i dont think it does though why have daemon dreaming and in his emotions being out of it all the time the characters should be better in my own small folk opinion 😅

Daemon is supposed to be the best and greatest targaryen George ever written about in terms of war in terms of light and dark he is like maegor in he won't be rebelled against if he was king, he does things strategic and calculating he is like king jahearys in which he is pretty wise he is amongst the greatest of the targaryen kings and he never wanted to be king or was emotional about being pushed aside. he isn't so foolish and hot tempered as he was in his younger years when makes him greater than maegor he is able to compose himself have patience bide his time, daemon was never affected by alys this would make his greater in my opinion if he wasn't affected by harrenhall or alys or any type of dreams or curse only thing or curse.. is daemon can't have a third child. Daemon isn't bitter or led by his emotions as all these other people this is so stupid in my opinion thry is messing daemon character up 👆 and he is my favorite they is making a vindictive asshole a asshole with no patience who isn't calculating daemon wasnt like this in the books. In the books he plays with this war by biding time and being patient strategic, cunning first by killing they heir after they made their first move daemon is the most dangerous man in westeros he didnt need to show his face in kingslanding for the job to be done all daemon done was send a letter to mysaria in kingslanding and she put that plan in play by hiring them man this shows daemon power on kingslanding the greens had no clue that on their council on their kingsguard ppl walking about kingslanding in flea bottom in the royal courts are loyal to daemon targaryen lord flea bottom man were loyal and respected daemon despite aegons sons death and they know daemon did it noone would dare be so bold to tell daemon to his face about his deeds this is crazy why make his sleep withhis mother. In the book daemon waited until the greens made a move he knew they wasnt gonna wait 😮 he is more experienced than them all daemon is playing with them and chilling at harrenhall daemon dont get serious until after he plays with aemonds inexperience. In the books daemon make fun of this man just for him to defend his honor and be killed by dark sister 😮daemon is strategic and calculating 😂daemon waits and you make a move and he will end you😮
