Wasn't planning on covering this song but many of you asked for it! Really hard to make those folk instruments work but I think it turned out pretty decent!
Finally bru. The drums could be harder and louder but awesome job overall. I didnt know that you do it yourself from scratch, thought that you would just extract the audio. Keep the good work
It truly kicks in at 1:45 and never stops. It made the whole sequence 100x more tense cause you just felt like something was about to pop off. I hope it's in the official season soundtrack.
@@Wiame7 Yeah I got that vibe from Laenor since his first teenager scene. I thought, hey he's totally gonna marry Rhaenyra. And he and his dragon and his family totally gotta die. Would be interesting how that plays out. And also I hear he loves his dragon. Which can only mean one thing. He's a cool character. Haven't seen episode 6 btw
NOPE.... All I see is a dangerous Valayrian Family whose Nationality was Destroyed by a Volcanic and Earthquake Immersurable Doom. And the Targaryen Valarians and the Veralyon Valarians have Survived. This is a fact in this scene, which makes no sense why anyone would try to cause a Ruckus at a Valarian wedding.
I watched the dance of Rhaenyra and Laenor a couple of times and I kind of noticed that their movements looked like imitations of the way dragons move. I theorize that the Valyrian wedding dance which Rhaenyra and Laenor performed is a human imitation of the mating dance performed by dragons. Is that a reasonable assumption?
This is a marked improvement on Game of Thrones, for a show set in a medieval setting it lacked much medieval music. This sounds a lot closer to music of the high medieval period.
Fantastic work, Diego. You rock!! Am sure you gonna kill me for saying this, really sorry because we expect too much of you, only because you can!! 😂😂 But this piece is only the starting of the wedding celebration dance. After Joffrey has THAT conversation with Ser Criston, the beats intensify with faster drum beats, where they all raise the hand and say "Heyyyy". That was totally pulsating!! That bit is missing in this piece! 🙈
Everything before 1:45 is a waste of time, beyond it, is what I was looking for, That drum, that Violin, foreboding feeling and feeling of power from the drums, it is truly one of the most enjoyable scores I've ever heard.
Hand of the king: " My lord." The king: " Yes? " Hand of the king: " This beat is unequivocally fuuuuuuukin buuustin." Viserys and his new hand begin to grove like Rick Astley on the table.
HOLY FUCKKK. I LISTENED TO THIS AND THOUGHT IT WAS THE ORIGINAL. IT SOUNDED SO GREAT. FUCK BRO YOURE SO GOOD. I'LL PUT YOU ON THE LIST OF PEOPLE IM DONATING TO ONCE I HAVE THE MONEY!!!! i just had to use all caps to say that lol. But fr man keep going. This cover made my day. I'll be checking out the rest of your work🎉🎉🎉
Is it weird that I could have seen this music used in the intro? Rather than just using the GOT theme song again? (Not that I have much of an issue with them doing that, it would have been nice to get a new theme.)
Witcher 3 vibes are strong here.. still feels like it belongs in ASOIAF tho. Feel like this wouldn’t have worked as well in GoT. Westeros was so just different in this time period
