Just a tip: You should never paint the inside of the house in multiple colours. Use a neutral colour like beige so that the potential home owner can envision their own style for the place.

not knocking - infuriates that "affordable housing" for the masses are out of reach in the oil state.

Yes it is a source of frustration. However, with the introduction of new technologies we are now seeing tasteful affordable designs in the tiny house movement. People are actually moving away from large homes and opting for a 'less is more' quality of life. Hopeful for the future. Extending those well wishes to you and your family as you strive for an ideal home ownership 👍🏾

@@dwellrealtyltd Gracious of you to see my perspective. If I had the cash I would build something for the needy. I collected info on tiny homes/ apartments in the US and Japan, looked in range of average people there.

@@TheKeithvidz thats admirable! We are also tied to a local Architecture Design-Build firm and their research shows that the ideal sq ft is 750 for a starter home and to build it it cost $650 of our currency to build. About $96-100US. Its possible
