"House Rent Party" by Peter Case 

Peter played this song from his album "Wig!" for a segment of the Mountain Stage radio show on NPR that aired in early December 2010. There's a little something in Peter's vocal style that always reminds me of "Rubber Soul" era John Lennon, and you can hear it on this track.
