House, Senate part ways on new NC budget 

This week on “The Debrief”: State House and Senate leaders had hoped to finish budget negotiations by the end of June. Once talks broke down, both chambers released their own spending plans. We’ll compare the two proposals and highlight key issues of interest and concern. We’ll also highlight the Senate’s proposal for three state constitutional amendments for the November ballot.
