This is a what a P30m house should be. No need for massive heavy interior decorating because almost everything is perfect. Halos identical with homes in signature house channel from korea.

5:50 I think that's not a rotating door. Right term for that is "double access swing door". That door could not rotate, obviously. Rotating doors are the ones you see at hotel entrances or high-end malls like Shangri-La.

Haaaaay another house with closets inside the bathroom, moisture moisture moisture 😓 bat di mag lagay ng partitions or ilabas na lang. Ung linen closet maganda bat di na lang ganun ginawa sa ibang room para sa closets, wooden panel design/artworks pero cabinets pala.

Please check your terminologies. if hndi kaya itagalog nalang. clearly hndi alam ang difference ng Cohesive at Coherent. this channel is up for how many months? and yung term sa mga gamit sa bahay hndi alam? like Box type instead of window type, Frosted glass instead of Frozen glass, and Double action swing door instead of revolving door.

This house is way too big. How many people are expected to live in it? Imagine the power bill when you have to cool the entire house down? Where’s the good sized yard for entertaining and outdoor bbq? Big homes aren’t always practical. 😂
