Super pretty ng house, kaso why super lapit sa bangin? Medyo nakakatakot lang kasi pag nagka landslide or earthquake pwede mag break yung soil, anyways sobrang ganda ng view at for sure super presko at malinis ang hangin jan 😊

If you have money sobrang mura na nya for 58M with 10 bedroom and may pool pa. Yung 58M sa mga Alabang or BGC 3 to 4 Bedrooms lang di pa ganun kalaki yung carport and yung loob parang townhouse lang. Sobrang namaximize yung space for bedrooms na may sarili bathrooms. Plus pa yung scenery and the entertainment rooms as well sobrang worth it ang 58M dito

Obvious na may mga bata nakatira pero halos walang feminine touch yng bahay. Sa unang tingin akala ko nga bachelor pad type. Yng mister cguro may final say habang binibuild yng bahay. Pansin ko mga designs ng bahay ngayon halos mga box-type at minimalist ang karamihan. Personally, gusto ko yng bahay na maaliwalas at madali lang linisan. Pero gsto ko naman may curves kht papaano yng outline ng bahay. Parang napaka cold and austere ng itsura kng puro kwadrado. Anyway, another great presentation from Apple and the AV Properties team.

Extra large ang kitchen pero, hindi standard ang layout ng kitchen sink at stove. And need ng isa pang island counter, sobra luwag. Another thing is the walk in closet and bathroom in the master bedroom... Bathroom suit so huge but lack of bath tub. The bathroom so huge but the walk in closet is small. So many rooms, lack of bathrooms. The design is very beautiful, specially the swimming pool. And may be a solar power.

VERY HIGH RISK FOR LANDSLIDES. NOT SAFE. THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.

Not when there is proper engineering, like concrete piles supporting the foundations, and retaining walls all around. Before buying the house make sure you ask for the structural analysis approved by the Building Official which is required for the issuance of building permit.

@@CristineTot sa panahon ngayon ang bibili lang nyan eh mi asawa foreigner. just like yun house ng sister ko which is about P62M, ang nakabili ay German, pero si wifey pinay, gusto mangupit ng mga P2M, pinapalagay sa sale is over so she can keep the P2M. Ang sama talaga ng ugali ng ibang pinay.

Lovely lovely house no neighbours with noisy dogs unlike my neighbour with noisy dogs on terrace and all the bedrooms.and the funny thing is they are selling their house,my god if i were a persective buyer,i would walk away as very unhygenic and neighbours complaining of this and this woukd give bad vibes to new owners,greenview executive village,west fairview Quezon city🙈🙈🙈🙈😱😱😱😱

Japanese zen? Really? It is not even close to what so called “Japanese zen” house. The design and finishes is just very common and plain, it is overpriced for 58M, it is like you are living in an isolated property and prone to landslide and earthquake. 😢
