I'm not a huge fan of modern houses but this one was just gorgeous! Clean lines all around and lots of storage to keep everything neat. Plus, all the natural light coming in to combat the design's dark tones. Great video, Presello team!

I am totally impressed! It's a well-designed house in terms of its architecture and interior. Every nook and cranny was well thought out and I totally agree that every inch of the 350 sqm. was efficiently used. It's a little strange to have a full bathroom at the kitchen area but the fact that it was hidden behind a fluted wall was really clever. Thank you for featuring this house!

I think the reason for a full bathroom at the kitchen is that the lap pool is just near it.

@@juiprovido7477 You're most likely right and that crossed my mind as well. As pointed out in another comment, could have been a space issue as there seems to be no other place to put a guest bathroom.

At first I was like damn. I will definitely going to buy that house if I have the money right now. Then I see INC building beside it... I think I'll just look for the architecture firm and ask them to buid another one for me. Sorry Presello but unless the buyer is INC, this is going to be a very tough sell.

These developers buy weirdest lot locations then build such a fancy house to sell it for 40-50M +++. The more presello videos I watch, the more I can see how greedy these real estate businesses are.

I’m really not into modern homes but this is gorgeous. I love the simplistic sleekness & the neutral color scheme with touches of charcoal/black plus it has a lap pool, a bath tub, lots of storage & balconies!! But the unsightly wires outside needs to be taken care of

I love the ultra modern beautiful residential Bldg., I was hoping the video is downloadable and has a price so we can study it, who knows will buy it. Nice presentation of Ms. Julia of the property. So nice it even has an elevator, what's lacking is some solar panel system to help save from electricity consumption. God bless us! 🤗🙌❤️🙏💐

I can tell one thing whoever design this house and the person ask for this kind of specs is really good also security is thigh back here in the US that kind of is called block house not a whole alot window but you get general idea and if there was some window those window would be thick double pane glass.very nice house best one so far in show

Ang ganda ng house. Na-utilize talaga yung spaces at daming natural lighting pa. Ang hindi ko lang siguro bet dito yung CR ng bedrooms 2 & 3- mas gugustuhin ko pa mas malaki yung rooms kesa may own CR each. Instead of own CR sa 2 rooms, "public" nalang sa floor na yun. At pwede ka talaga tatanda sa bahay na ito kasi may elevator 😁

Garage is too dark even in the daytime. You can hide in the corner and scare us 🥷 😎 lol. I would add a chandelier to lighten up the black walls. The blue lap pool and purple couch colors pop and look great on camera.

if based on the thumbnail, the property has an electric post and spaghetti wires marring the facade. No matter how beautiful the frontage those wires are an eyesore and will decrease the value.

why still upload at 1080p? the size of this channel and crew can do 4k. Bring a portable fill light so it automatically lightens the host/area on dark sections of the property. This house is overbuilt for its lot size. I feel claustrophobic watching this. For the price, just get a property outside the city center and get a way better home then rent a condo for proximity to work/business.
