The Masters Bedroom hardly has windows. And the walk-in closet of the corner room is a whole lot better and bigger, plus a bigger window. Very strange ang design layout ng second floor, parang not as well thought out.

This house is quite unique among the houses being sold on yt and I love the taste in design of the owner/architect. The full doors are so nice but most of all, I love the bathrooms in terms of the choice of tiles and minimalist design. Also the shower enclosures are really hight unlike most commong baths. Would definitely buy this house if it is located somewhere else. 🤣

Isnt the stairs safety hazard? No railing on the other side.. little kids might loose balance then fall..🥴

Are there water heater provisions in the T/Bs?

The bedrooms are disappointed because they looks like prison because the windows are up to the ceilings.

This house is not for claustrophobic persons like me. Kulang sa windows ang rooms sa taas. Parang i feel suffocated just watching room 2 and masters bedroom

Parang bunkerhole ang harap ng bahay, ang liliit ng bintana! I like the bamboo trees as privacy fence, low maintenance. I don't like the fancy tub basins, not practical. The staircase will not pass occupancy sa US, walang railing, papano na ang naninirahan ay may mga bata, o matanda man? Yun stair landing ay 3-steps din, oro, plata, mata(death)!
