The house is nice but that amount of money is ridiculous if I'm paying that amount of money I need to have my own 20-30 acre field on sitting next to a lake or river
It's called the powder room for guests. For that price without kitchen appliances and built in closet..seriously. And why the houses are priced in US dollars? Makes no sense
🤔Half a million?this small house with no quality for nearly a half million ;you must be joking 🤣🤣🤣🤣I can buy a better house and deco, for this price here in UK bro 🤦♀️Came on guys
Wow. Those are some 'special' trousers lol. You're not small hehe. Like that you're taking the time to show all the fixtures and give details 👍 The words you were looking for were: 1. Canopy (for the parking area) 2. Stone wall? 3. Vestibule (area behind the front door leading into the main living room) 4. Guest washroom 5. Kitchen counter top looks like Corian or laminate not granite (you should verify) 6. 1st bedroom you should say brown pattern (not brown stain) on the tile. 7. That small area in front of the master bedroom is not a verandah but a "corridor" You should also highlight that the interior doors are all real wood. Good job in all. You're growing 👌
As usual OVERPRICED property in Accra, for a developing country like Ghana most of the property prices are OUTRAGEOUS especially in Accra, this house is more like in the $250k range.
Hi, not throwing shade or anything but the tiles between the top and bottom kitchen cabinets is called backsplash. You’re doing a great job, keep it up 👍🏾
Hi, what a lovely property. I'm sure it will make a great home. Very nice finishing. By the way a few terminologies to help: *The space from the entrance to the living room is called the hallway or just simply the entrance. *The opened space at the top of the stairs leading to the various bedrooms is called the landing. * In the bathroom that enclosed space with shower, where one stands to have shower is called a shower cubicle. *The long space that leads to the master bedroom which you called a walkway is called a corridor. Please I'm not undermining you, I just feel that using the right terms will help your followers understand what you are selling to them. You doing a great job, keep it up.:)
Goodafternoon Sir, thank you and your team for the wonderful home tours. Please kindly include “maid quarters” on future recordings, it is part of the home and adds to the value of the home. So we’d like to see all that you are “getting” for the dollar value. Thank you kindly, wishing you God’s great goodness and success as you grow your business.🙏🏽
l have always hated the steel window bars and l know it's for security purposes but placing them in the rooms high above is just ugly. lt makes the rooms feel like a jail room. Nice place though
Beautiful home but I thought this was a townhouse at first because the houses are so close together. And I was surprised to see the sink in the master bathroom is a single sink and not a double, considering the spaciousness of the master bedroom.
I like what Doksimon has been given us. He is truly displaying what we have as Ghanaians and are hidden in the face of the masses. But sometimes the problem people have is the location of some houses that is why I have been inspired by his works to just create a channel that gives you some of the best places you can acquire land and build yourself a wonderful Properties like what he has been showing here with less cost or even to buy your dream location house. Thank you Doksimon and keep doing the good works. I appreciate your hard works
I’ve always wondered what does the that helps quarter look like why you guys never show the maids quarters, I’m just curious so far what I’ve seen not a lot of people that are doing a house tour show how the maids quarter look🤔🤷🏾♀️
I would negotiate on this house, for 1 a pice drop because the view is not good from the balcony, and two upgraded kitchens and walk-in closets with wood designed doors and the window trims needs to be updated too, plus updated light fixtures.
Powder room and washroom are American English. Guest toilet, toilet is British English. Ghana was colonised by the British was we speak British English. So guest toilet or toilet isn’t wrong or incorrect.
The house is very solidly built. Nice spacious rooms except I would like my bathrooms bigger. A little bit more design in the kitchen and knob handles. The quality of the build with marble floors that's very pricey. Marble floors in America are very expensive. I think it's just a matter of taste but very nice home.
Nice Video Is it Negotiable that's alot of money. What are the payment plans like? How long is it really from the Air Port including traffic please be honest. Why do they always quote homes in dollars? Thanks!
Wtf you can get this way more cheaper for about $150 to 200k. Plus I don’t understand why Ghanaians price their house in dollar sign when they spend cedis.
