Absolutely stunning home! Endless space indoors. The kitchen is nice but a bit small. I love the fact that the homes aren't too close also. Would've loved to hear more about the smart home features. Perfect home for a large family like mine.

MDF? MDF doesn’t last in hot climates. Personally I would redo the kitchen and lighter colour tiles for the bathrooms but overall the house is nice. I like how much nature light comes in.

Finally a house with an actual spacious backyard! Pools belong in the backyard. Nice house, very pretty but overpriced for the finishes. Must haves for a house that price outside of a city should be at least a 2 car garage and better kitchen.

The house is missing a bathtubs and jacuzzi bath for that price. It seems overpriced. A house like that in South Africa sells for around $375,000. Also when someone buys a house they buy the neighborhood environment which includes roads. A house like that should not be where there are dirt roads. For instance, they paint the house white but because of all the unpaved roads, the outside stays with dirt color on it. Asking these prices for these houses is premature. Ghana has to improve its infrastructure first before they reach the prices of the United States. If someone can afford that price they are more likely they can afford a luxury car but who wants to drive their luxury car on dirt roads or roads that are incomplete. It is kind of selfish to have a big driveway paved to accommodate friends' cars but you go out the gave to deal with unpaved roads. Putting the cart before the house. In real estate just as you build block by block it is the same way you got to build prices. You cannot skip many blocks on the bottom and build on top. Prices are determined by demand. Demand is based on people's personal needs and Supply. Infrastructure is a basic personal need. At a lower price, people will come in and trade-off the lack of other amenities. A part of the value is also the status of the demographics that pay taxes to contribute to good roads, sidewalks and street lights etc. In fact, with proper roads, people don't need to have such elaborate parking spaces but will have backyards to enjoy with their friends and family. People from the U.S that is thinking about relocating are used to having backyards.

This building could either be for a Nigerian or the architect a Nigerian or both. This is a Nigerian architecture written all over it.

The video is so long because there were so many bloopers that could have been edited out. Also, the video was well structured i.e you toured us through every corner of the house though, but then, a more engaging video is one devoid of unnecessary background commenting, good sounding, smooth camera movement, proper scriptwriting, and finally, an enjoying storyline yet snappy.

Do any houses have central air conditioning? Are garages not common? The kitchen cabinets and small refrigerator space are also a little disappointing. Where is the laundry room?

I think the inside finishing is a bit disappointing especially the kitchen. I like the outside better than the inside.

In North America the kitchen is everything but it seems like the homes in Africa don't value kitchens that much. Nevertheless it is a beautiful house. I wish I was ready to relocate to ghana right now because I have to sell my house here in order to be able to afford this house.

Overall this is a beautiful house...however, it can be improved with a few tweaks here and there. For example, someone said, "Master bedroom should at least have a bath tub or jacuzzi with two vanity, an enclosed toilet and a walk in wardrobe/ closet..."....Congratulations on a high quality home.

I could see you love the living room, you spent a hell of a long time describing it 🤣it is nice. I would strongly advise for the developers to add a breakfast island. Again the old looking wood in the kitchen is so dated. Lighten the cabinets or use the block colour woods. Come on Ghana move with the times. The bathrooms need to have the marble affect or more modern titles. The office was great! I would really encourage that a master bedroom has the walk in closet rather than built ins.

Well, well, when the house is staged, then you appreciate what you’re buying. Nice house, the only downside is the lounge and dining area are small. I think the house deserves the price.

Nice home, outside and living room area okay. The kitchen though was disappointing, for a home like that l expected nicer bathrooms and closets. Looks like the master bedroom was the only one with a closet but it looked a closet for one person. 🤔

Another great video. One thing though, you’re referring to the top floor as the first floor. Typically the level where you enter the home is considered the first floor. So the level with the living room, kitchen etc is the first floor and the next level up would be the second floor (and if there’s another above the second that’s the third floor). Basement level would be beneath the first level. Thanks for another great presentation.
