Dear Property Lovers! We like to hear from you what would you do with the room in LG floor, Do Comment down below :D 1. Private Gym 2. Games Room 3. Bike Collection Room 4. Others
iLike Peter Seow’s style of presentation on the house tour.. inviting viewers to suggest or share ideas is great to encourage involvement & so it’s not just on a unilateral level which can make some feel left out
For 8 mil, I would expect a 'perfect' house with great finishes and no more changes or renos to do. The house looks nice but not modern and certainly doesnt have the indoor/outdoor vibe. Anyway, thanks for sharing..interesting house tour 😁
Well u see not all people have the same taste. Many renovated their house after purchase. Thus i foresee this type of house are for those who like to add on their personal touch..
Easily need to prepare another RM500k to RM800k for renovation excluding interior designer fees which needs to add another RM100k to RM150k. Including the house price and interior finishing, I would say you will need at least RM9mil
Good presentation! Love it! The advantage with bare units like this is one can engage a good designer to doll up dream home with all the lux furnishings. The disadvantage is be prepared to cough up another RM1 million to RM1.5 million.
For those saying they can build bigger house with 8 mil budget, please consider the location as well. (but the finishes is not great in this house) I'm sure you can build a palace in somewhere with 8 mil
This is such a nice house. It is a pity when it is burgled. Until Malaysia ups its security, foreigners may find it difficult to even consider investing anything into the country, including property.
That type of cheap aluminium roofing is good to install solar panel, otherwise it would be loud when it rains. Clearly need another million before new owner can move in. LG is good to keep/display owner exotic car collections.
Unless the house comes fully furnished with designer interior decoration, fixtures and furnitures, and other additional extras, judging by the plastering the walls, the type of sanitary ware, type of wall and floor finishing - even with the location, this house probably isn't worth anywhere near RM8.5m. Just saying. take care all
@@skstatic7075 ya, i know. However, a quick search on the few popular property listing sites show that similar sized plots in damansara heights can be had for about RM4-5 million. So, assuming this house is sitting on a plot around that price, minus the land cost, this house is defo not worth Rm3.5 million
@@johnsonlim3404 not too sure then. am just commenting based on the searches on the property sites for similar sized plots in DH. Unless this house is in better location within DH, then ya
WUT. Dont they have a showcase house for this kind of thing. Why are they giving a tour on an 8mil house that doesn't have a single furnishing and is empty. It's pretty hard tp to convince a buyer
Great! Actually I am a Banker from Public Bank as I really like the house tour of properties from your team😍 I would also love to have the chances to work with your team as well🙌
I wonder why all these super-rich people build massive houses such that theirs is almost touching (metaphorically speaking) the other rich peoples' houses next door and the neighbours can often just look in to each others' houses? Don't they want some privacy? What is the need for so much indoor space ...
Buat cort sepaktakraw.. Malaysia mahal, sebab bina rumah untk pocket sendiri dan anak2 mereka jadi tekong, fider dn killer...yang lain menjadi penonton.. hahahaha 😂🤣
