very nice presentation. as for the house, the stairs are too steep they could vave lessan the angle by extending it further in. but for the price, its a steal..

I love the size of the house and the front yard perfect for kids and pets.. sana na maximize ung rooms, kasya dalawang room sa isa eh.

Indoor spaces could've been further maximized. Even the colors and design elements are not blending harmoniously. The mosaic tile accents behind the toilet bowls just look (and feel) so odd. Plus points on the extra parking spaces though.

Its a nice place considering the size of the open area. Whats lacking is a pool so that it could be a resort like residence. Also, i have noticed is that the rooms are excessively large which is a waste as well as the bathrooms. If fully manager, you can have at least 5 bedrooms with its own toilet and bath. Another thing, the features of the place should be placed in the description. But overall, the place is fantastic.

Sinayang ang space 3bedrooms lang...pede nga yan 5bedrooms na katamtaman lng laki at bawasan ang laki ng mga bathrooms...hindi worth it sa 29m...wala din staff room...yung iba fully furnished na...eto ref lng ang meron..

Why in master bedroom, no enough wardrobe cabinet? no his & her sink? Sana all shower area there's enclosure, provide heater.

Tingin ko Unique ang layout, hindi weird tulad ng sabi nila. Though sa price, kung negotiable mas okay since may mga dapat baguhin sa design sa loob. New sub here!

Super sayang ng ibang space . Could have been maximized. Hosting is good wag lang masyado magmamadali . All areas must be covered .every nook and canny. Like i other vlogs go around the external first then detailed inside. Cpuld be improved. Well done .

Hirap ibenta ito. Nasilaw yata yung nag develop nito kasi mura, baka sa price lang ng lote niya nakuha ito. bukod sa old layout, ilang townhouses din neighbors niya. However, this is perfect for rental or airbnb for parties, debut, wedding reception, etc. If the owner can take the risk, maglagay siya ng swimming pool sa puwesto ng gazebo. Isa din half basketball court next sa pool. Kuha pa siya iba pa ideas sa mga resort houses sa calamba laguna.

The space of the lot is big enough to build a well-shaped home, the house shape is weird and i really dont like it

Beautiful house, very big, but I don't understand the theme color of the house

The huge toilet and bath size at 10:25 for me is unnecessary. Walang ganap. Mahilig yung architect nito sa irregular shaped spaces. The exterior though is undeniably so welcoming and homey. The white 3D wall ruined it. May salamat shopee feels.

Outside looks good, living area also but when it comes to dining and kitchen it became flop 😭 why did they use gray and black. It doesn't suit to wood and brown accent. Bathroom on the 1st room looks weird hehe too big and room is dark.
