I want to tell you something Pogi , u own this house it is 100% yours ,the best gift ever its okay its livable and to live in it like that with no pressure to complete without loans is the best and u are going improve it without rushing and it will look the best.i can say for now fix the wardrobe doors it does the job, you are to fit wardrobes after tilling ,fitting kitchen and bathroom functioning. Don't buy a new one save for the nxt house project

For your bedroom floor, you can see if you can get vinyl floor roll (tapeiti). It's inexpensive, and will really help with dust while you budget for your tile. It's what we did and it kept us for years. Laying cardboard boxes underneath before you lay it gives it a nice cushion. And you don't have to glue it down because it's temporary. All the best!
